On the 05/11 I took my vehicle to PG glas Cape Road in Port Elizabeth after it was broken into and Stansure approved the repairs. Wade said they had no glass in stock and he would order it and sent to the Mthatha office on the 08/11 which never materilsed as apparently the was no authorisation. It was then comfirmed that the glass will arrive today at Mthatha by Dianne of which a email was now stating the glass will only be hear on Wednesday 27/11. It being raining since last night and my entire back seat it wet and damaged.
