In 2007 Nov I entered into an installment agreement with Wesbank through their branch in Pta Visagie St, Mcathy GMSA Financial Services. I bought a chevrolet Aveo. The terms were that I wili pay installments for a period of 72 mnths with the balloon payment of R30k. The commencement of the agreeement was 11/11/07.I was made to sign a number of docs including what is called a schedule of payments. To be honest I do not recall signing that documents but signature is there. The dealership and Wesbank agents have a tendency of explainig and ask you to sign blank documents. The explanation I got was that i will receive a holiday in paying until the 26/12 because it was late to load the installments and also it is to allow me to adjust my finances. I was grateful. I was told that I will pay R30k plus the installment of R2271 at the end of the period being [URL Removed] the end of the period I am now suppose to pay R34k. Whn I called Wesbank I was told the contract say so, In my calculation I would have paid 72 installments however it turns out that the holiday period now has shorten the 72th mnth to 4days.
