Total Lack of Customer Service

The total lack of customer service from senior mangers at this store is shocking not showing the slightest interest in assisting a customer. I had issues regarding the account protection plan which I had to claim for and walked out just paying the full account due to utter frustration. I was again in your store today and was informed that my card was blocked the Store manager was requested to assist and the stores manager... arrived no interest whatsoever to assist. After getting totally frustrated with the incompetance I destroyed my card in the store to much enjoyment of fellow shoppers. Thus you have lost a client that has been with you for the last 15 years and a good R1000 sale. I expect an official investigation and apology from edgars and I might consider being a customer again. However after the total lack of customer care and ignorance displayed by this store I'm not to sure if I would want to shop at your stores again
