I applied for a home loan. FNB approved me with a interest rate that no person on the face of the earth would be pleased with. They gave me an interest rate of 10.75%!!! I am not a first time buyer and have been with them for about 12 years. My friend has also applied for a home loan with FNB. And they received a 100% loan with 8% interest. They are buying for the first time!!! So where is the long time customer service.
Think it's better to move to a bank that values there customers.
