Called the Durban branch to ask about a spare part. It is just sad that there appears to be a general lack of interest.

Take long to answer the phone. Long to go through to the service department. Then no knowledge at all. Everything I ask I have to hold on while the person on the phone asks someone sitting right next to him. Why not just let the 'other person' talk on the phone.
