Mid October I phoned Wesbank trying to make a paying arrengement due to our company working short time, I faxed I phoned I evan emailed a letter from my work stating that we working short time. Collections phoned me a few days ago, I told them I have started a new job and get paid on the 1st week of every month. This woman was VERY RUDE and told me its not acceptable, what am I suppose to do??? I also told them I will pay outstanding amount over 2 months. Yesterday I recieved a letter from Collections solutions, where stated I have NEVER made any arrengements. WTH?? And saying that in 10 days my car will be taken away from me, this for R1055.80. One month instalment, have the car for 5 years and payed up to date, and this is how I get treated??? Making me a, why do they do this I don't understand.. If this is the way they do bussiness, i don't want to bussiness ever again with WESBANK. I have emailed them again trying to make a arrengement again. I have a 3month old baby, a family to look after. I need my car to do so... I need help today!!!
