Unhappyy about debit order deduction & phone servi

I phoned in Feb 2013 and notified Wesbank that i will be going on Maternity leave, they said they would stop my debit orders for 4 months (April, May, June and July), i paid my premiums as i received uif payments, i was not one month behind. I paid my July premium last week, but got notice from FNB this morning that Wesbank deducted my normal debit order on the 1st as well. I tried to phone Wesbank to arrange for my money to be paid back ASAP, but every time i phoned, i was cut-off (i phoned x 4). I am very unhappy about this, i phoned Wesbank to make arrangements and then they just went on to do whatever they wanted.
