WESBANK - SERVICE STINKS!!!

I called Wesbank yesterday as I have missed one months payment and 80% of last months payment, I spoke to a lady handling my account Pumeza Masakazi and asked how can I make arrangements to pay as I do not want to loose my car. I have payed every installment on time for the past 4 years R150 000 and I am in arrears for R7499.93. I was told that a gentlemen from the collections office was already at my residence to collect the car!!! She said I need to make a payment today of R5600 and on the 25th of this month a payment of R4550 is to be made and next month the same amount?! I explained to her that I dont currently have this money and her answer was "well I will send the gentleman today to get the car!!! I have lost my job but i still manage to make payments as i need my car but this is what wesbank has said they will take my car as there is no other solution! how fair is that?! thanks for all the HELP wesbank I feel so much better!!!
