UNFAIR TREATMENT ON MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT

In June 2013 I bought a Mazda 3 and got finance from Wesbank, i was approved without depost but I decided to pay R10000 deposit. In October 2013 I was suspended at work without salary and I noticed all my debtors including Wesbank. I made an arrangement with them to pay R1500 for three months because my case should be finished by then, then i will start paying normal installments by end of Jan 14. I did make my payments as per our agreement without fail even though I had no income since I was suspended without salary. My case has been completed and with grace I am back at work but I will only get paid end of Jan '14. My problem is their collections call centre agents are harrassing me with calls saying i must pay the outstanding amount immediately or make sure that i pay R5200 end of Jan14 if not they will come take my car. I feel it is unfair for them to treat me like that because I did inform them about my suspention and I even send them the suspension letter from my employer. I asked them to pay the arrears in three installments with current installments they refused. I am not happy that my car will be repossed whereas i have made POA, i wont be able to pay R5200
