Inundated with arrears calls and getting billed

I went on unpaid maternity leave from mar-jul 2013. in February I phoned wesbank to make payment arrangements for the 5 months. 50% instalment were agreed upon and other 50% will just be added to my total outstanding (spoke to willize strydom) in august I got calls from col sol nerissa brown, indicating that I am in arrears and that I need to pay the R12K in 6 months. also col sol in charging me fees every month, already more than R1, 2K even though I have made the payment arrangement they still charge me. I have been paying of R2000 EXTRA THE LAST 2 MONTHS AS PER OUR SECOND AGREEMENT but have received calls from col col and wesbank saying that steps are going to be taken against me if I do not pay today. I keep on trying to phone them back to send my proof of payments but NO ONE ANSWERS 031 314 8000. I have made arrangements, wesbank broke it, sent my papers to col sol, and I have to pay over R1.2K for arrears. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
