Wesbank doesnt want to make arrangement after pay

I lost my job, and due to not paying 3 months, I
made an arragement with wesbank upon finding a new job on the 3d month.
I made an aragement to pay R10 000, but when I got my salary, I just got payed R9500 due to it not being a full month.
I payed R8500 on arrears on the on the 25th of July, and wanted to pay the next instalment R8500 on 25 August, then I will be caught upm
