INEFFICIENT STAFF TO HANDLE CALL CENTRE: WESBANK

I financed a car from Alpine VW dealership and which is contracted to Wesbank. My first instalment for the car did not go through because the guys at Wesbank captured an unknown bank account number, which was not mine. They did not inform me about this until I phoned to tell them that the instalment was not debited. The attitude from that point was shocking as there was no details given for the error and I was told that the matter was handed to Collections. I did the EFT via my bank and those bank staff laughed at the inefficiency of Wesbank staff-so embarassing. Because of this error I had to lose 1 hour of work time to get to the bank. I was thereafter harrased for payment and the people responsible are 2 guys (Matthew and Micheal) at Wesbank for bad attitude. It's no suprise looking at the other complaints that Wesbank has an age old problem of inefficiency and poor customer service. Wesbank really does tarnish the image of the motor dealerships that deal with them. Furthermore, they do not ever get back or provide feedback to me., I still have 5 years to go with them.
