We are at Private banking with a home loan (a Flexibond) that is almost paid off. When I tried to access this money I firstly found out that my Private banker has changed and nobody informed me. Secondly that my Private banker cann't assist me with my home loan, even if it is part of my portfolio. Now I must apply for a re advancement, that will take 7-14 days. This is terrible service. I am sure that Beepbank's service is better. No wonder Steve can't be heard on the adverts anymore!
