Terrible service from FNB Private Clients

Below is an account of my interactions with FNB Private Clients so far which has been terrible.
1) Took two weeks to get my cards after my application was accepted. This was only after I followed up numerous times to get them.
2) Took 1 month to get a loan quotation only after I followed numerous times as nobody got back to me. In the end the rate was 2% higher than what I got from another bank who I had only used once before.
3) My cards were and I was told I could get a temporary Private Clients one at the branch. Went to the branch, there was no Private Client person present and had to queue in the normal line for 10 minutes. Was then told they can't issue these cards and I had to drive to the Private Clients office to get one.
4) I applied for a car loan and my Private Banker directed me straight to Wesbank, which took 3 days to give me a quote and received very bad service (I had to follow-up, hold on the phone for 10-15 minutes each time). My Private Bank made no attempt to assist.
5) I applied for a credit card limit increase. 1 week later I have still not received any feedback and my limit has not been changed.
