We have moved from Gauteng to KZN, we have been with FNB since 1990 and have progressed to private banking. The service or lack thereof that has been offered to us has been nothing less then pathetic. I asked for a private banker closer to us and got a reply a week later after asking for feedback. Just to be told the closest private banker to us was 120 km away. Private banking is suppose to bring banking to the people however maybe FNB is so busy trying to source new customers they could not give a about their old customers?
