Can Someone from Private banking please explain the following:
My Accounts are frozen because of them not being FICA'd. According to the private banking call centre an SMS was sent.
This I want proof of. Further to this why am I paying private banking fees yet no one could give me a courtesy call informing me of such.
A few weeks I queried an amount which was debited from my account with my private banker to date no feedback.
One sms (If it was sent) no follow ups or calls. No contact from my private banker.
Lets try this again, paying fees for a service which I'm not receiving. Lets apply the ABC's - CPA (Consumer Protection ACT) Banking Ombudsman etc
