I recently received the option to upgrade my cheque account to a "Private Banking Facility". I took up the offer, believing that the banking experience would be better as a "private client". The problem is I have not heard from my so-called "Private Banker" since becoming a "Private Banking client" (I was informed over a week ago that my banker would contact me within 3-5 working days). I still have not heard from this mystery super-hero who is supposedly meant to change my life with "personalized banking service".
FNB, if you want to charge people higher FIXED monthly bank charges with no justification, find another tactic. This is cheap and distasteful.
