I was informed by my private banker at RMB that it would be better to change private bankers seeing as I had quite recently relocated from Cape Town to Johannesburg.
It has taken me over 4 months now of numerous phone calls and emails and I am still to be assigned a new private banker.
I phoned RMB again on Friday requesting someone to contact me and even threatening to leave the bank if someone does not contact me. Once again nothing happens. This is shocking customer service especially as I have been with RMB for over 6 years.
