I cannot believe that this is a reputable company that still exists successfully and continues to sell products to the general public whilst they have a high rate of poor customer service. Last week I received a call from a consultant that works for Clientele Life, who proceeded to inform me that a letter was sent to my old address that explained what I had initially complained about and that there was nothing further to do rather than undergo a process with an internal Ombudsman. To which I agreed to &the consultant assured me an sms would be sent to my phone with the Ombudsman's contact details and a ref number. That sms did arrive and no contact details appeared on such an sms as the sms was short. I thought maybe my inbox was full and I deleted some of my sms' to no avail! Well now CLife, you can forget about me going through your internal Ombudsman, I am contacting the Ombudsman for Long-term insurance as soon as I hit send!!!
