Shocked Private Banker Standard Bank

I applied for a home loan and was only granted 90%. Only after I had to prove that another bank offered me a 100% loan, my private Banker also offered me a 100%. In 2011 I was a Prestige Banker and my first home loan was granted at prime rate, but now with my second home loan (bigger than the first), they offered me prime 1%. I asked that my case be escalated to Higher Mandate, whose first response was concern, but the next day he phoned me and still offered the same rate. I mentioned that I haven't even received the contract/proof in writing of the 100% approval. He couldn't provide it and informed me that I requested for the transaction status be NTU (not taken up). I told him that it was for the 90% approval in December that I requested to be NTU, not the 100% which was approved in January. I only wanted a better interest rate, but it was evident that he was more concerned to cover for his staff who had no contract to prove the 100% loan and constantly left me dumbfounded with comments mentioned in e-mails. He's never responded to my e -mail where I asked him questions regarding my loan application. I'm shocked in the way Standard Bank handled me as a Private Banker!!!
