AVOID NEDBANK AT ALL COSTS - GO TO FNB!!!

I called Nedbank to enquire whether a money transfer from my client in Nigeria via Western Union was possible. After explaining this to the call centre operator, she wanted to put me through to online banking - really?? After explaining to her that it was not a query for them, she put me through to Global. The gent at Global told me that he can only assist with personal accounts not businesses, so he transferred me to 'Business'. He actually put me through to the "Help desk" where I spoke to a frightfully RUDE Elaine Melanie. She was stroppy & not at all interested in what I was actually asking her. I found the Business number online and called them, the gent I spoke to told me that he could not assist and that I should speak to 'Global' What is it about Nedbank, that they always choose to pass the buck from one dept. to another - you can never get a straight answer. Ask-once??? BIG FAT FAIL Nedbank!!! Service levels are shocking!! I unfortunately have a business and personal account with them. They do NOT help small businesses - stay far away from Nedbank, they are EXPENSIVE and USELESS, rather go to FNB. I'm going to call FNB today and close my accounts at BEEPBANK!
