A few weeks ago I reported on HelloPeter about an issue of wrongful listing against Abank. Natalie Pretorius called me the same morning with the greatest attitude and promised to investigate which she did thoroughly and came back to me recently to inform me that everything has been sorted out. She was not judgemental or rude like the call centre at times is.
The guys at the Consumer Advocate's office are doing an excellent job and they really do go the extra mile and I would like to thank Natalie from the bottom of my heart.
