David's NON-EXISTENT customer service AGAIN!!!

One month later and I am still getting the same POOR service from David. This, despite receiving a 'courtesy call' from Nedbank (in response to my complaint last month about David's poor customer service) to inform me that the issue had been addressed and the necessary action taken against David. Stop wasting my time Nedbank with your 'empty promises'. Ask once, Ask twice and just keep on asking because we LOVE to ignore you! I left a message with the Fox street switchboard operator on the 13/11/13 for David Nethononda, the 'Small Business Services Manager' to call me. I have yet to receive a call from him, more than 24 hours later??? Is this what Nedbank call 'customer service'??? PATHETIC!!! Be warned SMALL BUSINESSES, DO NOT WASTE your time and money banking with BEEPBANK - they fail on all aspects!!! Management don't care - I have reported numerous, valid incidents and service has not improved one bit. EPIC FAIL BEEPBANK!!!
