How can we "NOT" help you?!

I have had my business account with Nedbank for 6 years. I see adverts on TV about how they help small businesses grow into big businesses. However, I have yet to see this in practice. My business has grown 2 fold in the last year and we're thriving! In all 6 years of being with Nedbank we have never had credit facilities. However, we have found our cash flow is slow while we wait for our debtors to pay us and have finally got to a point where we need "help", so I applied for a business credit card at Nedbank on Monday, 26 Aug 2013. The application came back declined saying "income inflated"... how can this be when I never gave an income figure and the Nedbank employee took the figure directly from the deposits that have been received in my Nedbank account... then I got told why are there 2 signatories on the account and only one owner... my office manager has signing power... "We'll appeal" I get told... and that takes another 3 days! In the mean time FNB are falling over themselves to offer me way more than Nedbank... is it time to move to another bank that will take my business seriously? If I don't hear from you today... then FNB will be getting a new business client soon!
