NEDBANK DON'T CARE

I really and truly don't know where to start as I have had the worst 4 years with Nedbank. It started around 4 years ago, I had a meeting with Nedbank to start my own business. At first I truly believed they will assist but only in the beginning.. As anyone will know that in todays world and with our economy, businesses take time to grow. I have now for the past 4 years being trying to support this small business with very little cash flow and still have expenses. I have tried on many occasions to get help or try ask who is dealing with my account. To date I still don't know. Did get hold of someone that said they don't know why my name is on there accounts... why is it so difficult to just know who to deal with. I have contact managers, head office, secretary's, legal, private banker etc but still no one can help. My accounts are now in legal and again don't have much joy. I always leave messages and have tried to get an appointment but still again to date no one is willing to see me. Nedbank advert regarding small businesses I get upset, because it is not true. I am now loosing everything and have no choice but to get my own legal advice. Tired of trying to get service
