Ask once, Ask twice and just keep on asking because we LOVE to ignore you! This should be Nedbank's new ad campaign... I sent David Nethononda, the 'Small Business Services Manager' at the Rivonia branch a simple request via email on Thursday the 10 October 2013. I have yet to receive a reply... Is this what Nedbank call 'customer service'??? PATHETIC!!! Be warned SMALL BUSINESSES, DO NOT WASTE your time and money banking with BEEPBANK - they fail on all aspects!!! Management don't care - I have reported numerous, valid incidents and service has not improved one bit. EPIC FAIL BEEPBANK!!!
