Standard Bank Home Loans department clearly lack common sense! My home loan application is taking a month! This is my second home loan with them, I have been with them for many years. After having to follow up with my banker (who ignores my emails, whats the point of having a personal banker!), turns out they cant confirm employment, so they just decide to cease my application without letting me know. They have all the paperwork needed but, requested an alternative way of getting my company number without me giving it to them, after I forwarded my company link to my banker, she just ignored it, failed to pass it to home loans and they chose to cease my application. I then sent a follow up email to my banker asking whats the status, again, she ignored my email. The offer to purchase has expired on this property and after going to see the Woodmead manager, all she can do is send more emails to home loans, I still havent heard anything from home loans themselves. It has nothing to do with my credit rating, just that they cant use google! This is ridiculous and unacceptable, will standard bank explain their lack of common sense and courtesy to the selling agent and get my house back???
