FNB Home Loans,
You have declined the home loan application lodged by my partner and I based on your failure to correctly interpret your own application forms and consequently incorrectly calculating our monthly expenses and my partner's income over a 6 month period.
I brought this under your attention on the 17th of October 2013 via my premier banker Rendani Tshamano and I also supplied you with 6 months worth of payslips.
To this day you have not rectified your erroneous calculations or given me feedback with regards to our home loan application status.
Your so called premier service is non-existent and a mere marketing tool used to lure unsuspecting customers away from other good banks who actually understand how to calculate affordability. Not to mention the insult to customers such as ourselves who maintain a minimum balance in our account at all times as well as trade JSE shares and intend to pay off our home loan within 5 years.
I have lodged a home loan application with Standard Bank and hereby wish to inform you that you can KEEP your home loan. We will not be needing it and based on the number of complaint written about you on this website we are fortunate indeed.
