Standard Bank's horrible progress payments

I got a building loan from standard bank thinking my dreams were answered. When I put in my first claim, the madness started. 6 weeks ago, I put in a progress payment claim. Firstly, no one came back to me. On enquired I was told, they are missing council approved plans. I have A0 plans that are more then 10 mb per page scanned. Their mailbox does not take these. After days of calling, I was finally given a private email address that I could use. Now, last Friday I got a call that the evaluator will come to my site on Monday and will also pick up a copy of the plans because the mailed ones are not clear. I called Monday morning and they said he will call me an hour before he goes to site. Monday afternoon, I asked where he was and then suddenly I get an sms saying the plans and foundation certificate are outstanding. This infuriated me. It turns out the inspector went to my site without informing me, filed the progress and someone halted the payments because of outstanding documents. This has led to more useless calls to people who tell me the same thing. There is no address to send the physical plans. Fax or email them. What the have I been trying to do these last 7 weeks.
