Housing Loan Application

My husband Gabriel Masemola tendered an application for smart housing loan in the beginning of September 2013 and has been calling for follow-up every week since he was promised to get feedback but each time he is sent from pillar to post and from one consultant to the other, who always give different and contradicting statement and at some time he was asked to resend the application and also referred to the branch with his ID book and proof of residence for verification. Today he called and was again asked to go back to the branch for the same verification, when he got to the branch the consultant called the call centre when she was told that nothing appears from the system. Number used is 086 076 2278 and people communicated with Puleng, Khaya and M. Mosalemane.
