Despicable service

I was phoned by Parvathy to take a loan with African Bank, I told her I wanted an increase on credit but she said I qualify for a loan, I then agreed to take a loan. We did an application telephonically, I was required to fax the documents, I faxed all documents, she informed me she has received the documents. She emailed the term and conditions of which I was required to read and accept via email. She informed me that was the last stage of the application. She then needed to confirm my banking details and I did. I waited for the money I did not get. I received an email stating that my application has been routed to the branch, I need to go into the nearest branch with latest pays lip, Id book, three months bank statement and proof of residence, i went to Pavillion branch and nobody understood why I was sent to the branch, the branch contacted call centre and I spoke to Vincent who apologize to me and informed me that my application was sitting on review quee, he promise to sort the matter and he was going to give me a feed back after 20 minutes. Vincent never phoned me back till today. I am disgusted by this service I received, these people wasted my precious time, I could have made other arrangemen
