Pathetic service for loan application

Capitec Centurion 13th Sept. Loan application with consultant Sipho.1. My Capitec Acc was domint. Resulting in him Scanning in my documentation twice.2.I had left my I.d book at home was asked to go collect it because it needed to be scanned in again although I could see there was a colour copy on their system already .3. Upon arriving back at the branch I was told that the system is offline and cannot b helped further .4. I asked sipho to call me back when the system is online, if not see him 8am tomorrow.5.he did not call me back.6.Being 1 of the 1st ppl in the branch I was told that sipho is not in and he will only be in at 10am.7.being the only client in the branch at that time I was made to take a seat and wait for another consultant to help.8.I waited for 10min while consultant thandaza finished her personal call. Finally she finished an I was then attended to.9.then proceeded to scan the documents into the system again 3rd time in 2 days.10.I asked thandaza what her name was, bcos she didn't introduce herself to me when I sat down.11.she then pulled out her name badge from her pocket .the service I have received at this branch is really pathetic .and I'm extremely disappointe
