I am extremely disappointed by the lack of feedback and urgency shown by african Bank with regards to finalising my loan application. On the 13th of December i went to the Southdale branch to apply for loan, ( after i had done over the phone application and was approved) and i was told by the branch consultant i was approved pending the confirmations still to be processed by another departrment. To date am still awaiting finality of this urgent application and i am really not happy at all. I have always been phoning to enquire about my application and all i could get was it is still with the assessment or forensic, try the next day. today is the 30th of Decemebr and again i received a call from the branch in Southdale to say that my application has expired. I just imagine that is this how African bank operates and raises peoplpe's hope and play with their emotions? i dont know. I just hope someone will this time respond promptly.
