FNB not so great anymore

FNB registers new companies for customers for free if they open a FNB bank account. What a great thing to do. The service was really outstanding. However, on 15 October 2013 I made a mistake and paid too much for the application fee to CIPC. I contacted FNB telephonically and via email. On 24 October 2013 I was informed via email that I will be refunded soon. I emailed on 29 October 2013 to find out what is going on - no feedback. On 6 November 2013 I emailed again. I got an sms on 6 November 2013 stating that I will receive the money soon. On 8 November 2013 FNB emailed me to say that they are busy finalizing the transaction. I emailed again today (4 days after FNB's feedback). I am really not satisfied with the service. I know that I made the mistake to pay too much but why is it taking so long?
