FNB- How Can We Delay You?

27/11/2013 application doc were sent to FNB Smart Housing Loan, its over a month now with the status of my application being delayed. After several times of calling FNB and following up, I was told to submit kyc doc at the nearest FNB branch, which I did, to be told my proof of address is invalid and needed to resubmit the same doc again. I phoned and explained my situation, as I stay on a small holding with no post, but receive mail from PO Box, and the only doc with proof of residential address is my insurance cover that is valid for a year, and its always been accepted by credit providers. 30/12/13 Nancy Miya the agent I spoke to said she will discuss with her team leader and get back to me, which she didn't, until I called back again to be told it was escalated, and will email feedback. 31/12/13 received feedback by email, with no solution, but acknowledging the doc from validation dep, but still requesting same kyc doc. My frustration is that Im going to lose the house, as this process has been long delayed. I know there is no guarantee of loan to be granted, but feel the service has been pathetic, and as a non FNB account customer, I'm disappointed with the service
