Hello
I applied for a loan from African Bank yesterday (24/01/2013) and someone called me to tell me that my loan was processed and that I should go to my nearest branch, today (25/01/2013) and the lady (Junior) who assisted me said the loan was declined so I asked why and she dropped the phone in my ear! So then I called customer care and they told me the application is still pending and that I should phone back in a hours time, which I then did and then the other lady told me my application is in department!!!
So now I would like to know what can I do to get the loan??? I've send more than 3 emails now and still no feedback!
Please let me know what I can do and what is the hold up with the application!
