I applied online for the Smart Device. I chose the black iPad 4 64GB. My order number is FNB50733.
I emailed [URL Removed] querying my iPad delivery ref [279-19D80610-03C0]. They replied to me stating that I cancelled the order! I had no prior correspondence whatsoever and had no opportunity to in fact change my mind!
I phoned customer care to complain and they advised me to go to my local branch. I went in to FNB Ladysmith KZN and the consultant told me that they cannot assist me with this as it is part of Internet Banking. The consultant was very helpful and she then assisted ME by logging a call with internet banking on my behalf.
Internet Banking then called me and apologised for the mix up with my order and then confirmed what device I requested and said they would dispatch it for me and assured that I would not be paying for multiple devices as a result of the confusion. This was mid October 2013.
I have still not had any correspondence since then.
I WANT ANSWERS AND I WANT MY iPAD! WHY IS IT TAKING THIS LONG??
