Incorrect debit order dates

This is the second time in two months that Nedbank personal loans have debited my account on the incorrect due dates. Normally on the 25 th of every month. They debited my account on the 23rd and 20th of the month when funds are not issued from my salary.
After speaking to consultants, there is no remorse or apethy and always explain, due to holidays or weekends the funds are taken out before the due date. They have full permission to withdraw the funds after the 25th or after the weekend and holidays in question.
Now left stranded with no resolve and take it like it is. Fed up.
