I'm not winning with my iPad order; I ordered a 128GB iPad on the 31st of October. You approved the order. I lodge a complaint and after many phone calls found out that the reason that my order isn't reaching the Couriers is due to stock. I received a sms yesterday apologizing that you don't have stock. I spoke to Elroy this morning and requested that you change the order to a 64GB. He then arranged that I collected from DOT Com, but actually cancelling the order completely instead of changing to 64GB.
I'm going to now place another order for a 64GB iPad now, please expedite approval and delivery.
