I had a burglary at my house on the 21st of last month. Rene Viljoen was my assessor helping me with my claim. Today she sent me a letter mentioning they are rejecting my claim due to dishonesty and I have failed to comply with their rules. When she called me before to make an appointment she said she needs the boxes for items or pictures with the serial numbers. I supplied her with all the stuff for the small pillows and remotes I did not have anything, she took the picture of the same pillow and the serial number at the back of the music system and that was enough for her to use for the investigation, for the TV I gave her box with serial number and picture and the box for the tablet phone and EIME number for the blackberry (they have blacklisted both the phones). Now all of a sudden the information is not enough she needs invoices which is I don't have after 2 years of purchasing the TV but gave her serial numbers and the stores to confirm. Funny enough Invoice is asked the TV, the small pillows and remotes its fine she can use the pictures. After everything that happened we are not sleeping at night, she still have guts to accuse me of dishonesty and with what I DONT
