Payment of my claim was approved by Santam and I submitted my credit card details - for them to pay into. They however refuse to pay into my credit card account - stating that they ONLY pay into cheque or savings accounts. I have neither. I find this unacceptable. I have informed them but no reply or follow up from their side. The contact e mail is: [Email Removed] and their claim reference number is: 163901676.
