I once again visited the store on previous occasions and bought some other items in this case a Logitec Keyboard and mouse. THe package was sealed as per normal and upon inspection I found that the itmes do not have a serial number on them, after opening the package. This brings me to my point that it makes me wonder about my initial claim about a year ago when I had the misfortune of being on the short end of the stick when it came to a graphics card that had no visible serial number sticker on it not the resudew left by a sticker being removed.
I therefore rest my case and await to see what the excuse is going to be this time. It seems you make it a point not to have serial numbers on your items and when a claim gets logged we as consumers suffer. Two different items no serial number makes me wonder.
