I Purchased an LG Fridge 20/10/12, my water dispenser broke at the end of December. I went personally to game stores in gateway on 03/01/13 and asked them to book a service call. I was told that i will be contacted within 3-4 days. No response, so i called on 09/01/13 and was told that i was required to leave the serial number. I called back on 10/01/13 and supplied the serial number only to be asked for the model number as well (which i was not informed of on 09/01/13) Luckily i did take it down and supplied them with it.
Today is the 21st and i still havent gotten any response. Its clear that the staff does not follow up on anything aor even communicate with each other. This is really dissapointing service from such a huge and well recognised company, needless to mention that this has been my 2nd complaint in less than a year. Do us customers really have to take to sites like these to receive good service? Very dissapointing indeed!
