I want to take the time to thank Olufumi Kubayi who was very helpful to me on Friday (6th of Sept). I called the call centre to open a new account as I had just purchased a DSTV PVR. When she called I had already opened the account earlier but the person who assisted me couldn't load my channels due to me not having the serial number for the PVR. When I told Olufumi this she asked me when I would have it handy, I said at 16:30 and she said she would call me then and activate it for me so that I can have my channels for the weekend. Sure enough she called at 16:10, and asked me whether I had the serial number yet, and I said I was 5 minutes away from home and she advised she would call me back. She called again at 16:30 and by that time I was at home, and I gave her the serial number and she helped me. THANK You so much Ms Kubayi for the good service you gave me. I really appreciate it.
