Pathetic customer ethic

I took out the policy last year August and they never delivered the documents that never got to my post box but they change the story on how it was delivered first they said it was sent via e-mail and now it's been sent by post on the 7 August 2012 well that's nice cos stuff all is there and I'm not the first to complain about a stupid arrogant customer service by Chartislife who by the way are now AIG so here's my question so when the were they going to tell me they are now AIG and no longer Chartislife??? Hello what's happened to simple customer service???
