POST OFFICE STRIKE - WHEN WILL IT END???

We have not had any post/mail delivered to our mail-boxes or street address for the last 5 weeks.

The post office has a contractual obligation to deliver the mail when they accepted the article to be delivered. Since the postage was paid when the item was POSTED, why have we not received any items. We used to get 15 items a week, if all these items suddenly get delivered they will not fit into our post-box.
Do we get a refund on our post-box subscription of 5 weeks? If not, why not?

Can Bramley please phone me at 011-802-1846 to come & collect all my mail.

We have 2 post offices boxes - Box 1042 - KELVIN Box193 - BUCCLEUCH.
