Parcel not being delivered

Good morning,

I have a parcel (PE783307382ZA) sitting at the Witspos hub from the 25 of August. The current status is showing 'in transit'. The delivery address is in Sunninghill JHB. I contacted the customer service centre and they informed me the parcel is now sitting at the Johannesburg Main post office in the CBD.

Why is the parcel not being delivered?
