Non existent customer service

After receiving no feedback from the Post office, last week on the 25/04/013, I sent a mail in reply to Maud Ngalo's e-mail regarding feedback for my parcel stating the following "Good day
No feedback, no correspondence, nothing at all. I am apalled by the lack of service and disregard for your customers. I had to drive out of my way to the mail hub yesterday to collect my parcel.''

Today the 30/04/2013 I received the following mail from Peter Andrews...

Good day Maud
Leonie is no longer working for the company (SA Post) and I've tried to get hold of the client sins this morning (to no avail). The item in question was forward to Century City PO

Utter!!! How can the parcel be at the post office if I collected it last week from the mail hub, as I stated in my e-mail to Maud. Mr Peter Andrews, Branch manager, I really expected more from a person in your position. No wonder the service at the post office is pathetic, it starts at the top. Please hire people that are honest and that can spell simple words like since.
