So, after Blanche promised me that a new modem will be delivered to me and I will be credited for all the expenses I have incurred, nothing happened. I emailed her and I got a "automated response" referring me to the repairs department.
Are you ppl not capable of sorting out anything. Well I can post 73 complaints against Cell C per year, Pathetic yes, but you give your customers NO service. I can not wait to cancel my contracts with this service provider. And I will tell EVERYONE how pathetic Cell C is.
