Poor customer service and communication

On the 14 August 2012 I mailed details pertaining a garnishee order and details to Clientelelegal to resolve, my mail was addressed to Llwellyn Kammies to which I received no correspondence other than to say the mail was received. When I enquired about my complaint, on 18 October 2012, I received a mail stating that Llwellyn no longer works there and that Zinhle Mchunu was now handling my case and that I would be contacted within 48 hours, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. I received NO correspondence from Zinhle until 19 November 2012 stating that he / she has been trying to contact me but to no avail, something I find extremely strange as ALL my contact details are on your system and updated (also begging the question as to how now suddenly I'm contacted for contact details). I immediately responded with my details AGAIN as was requested but to date has still not had any contact from Zinhle pertaining top my case.

I regard this as EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE not only from Clientele legal who advertise themselves to be on the ball and very efficient (judging by the commercials on television).

This is the 2nd post i'm placing wrt to poor service from Clientelelegal, see post 12/01/2012.
